Senior Pastor Darryl & Lori Martin
Having been born into a heritage of Christians and ministers, at the age of seven Pastor Darryl accepted Christ and soon began sensing the call of God on his life. It was 8 years later that the dream was replaced with a Word from the Lord and he knew from that moment on that his life’s purpose was to win souls and one day pastor. For the next few years Darryl spent countless hours witnessing door to door, street preaching, leading youth groups and traveling with a college ministry.
After starting their first church in 1988, he and Lori have yet to take their hand off the plow. They love the ministry and especially the wonderful people God has allowed them to shepherd.
Pastor’s ministry strengths may be most visible in his ability to communicate the Word of God in a relevant way, his humorous and down to earth delivery, and his straight forward no compromise approach to the truth. If he believes it,
he’s likely to say it, (seasoned with love of course). Another key element of Pastor’s ministry is his determination to stay clear of fads and issues of earthly importance. He is a preacher of the Word not psychology, science, literature, or anything other than the Bible. He stands firm on the assertion that “You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free” and “The Word of God is sharper than any two edged sword, able to divide asunder between soul and spirit, bone and marrow . And is a discerner of the intents of the heart.”
Pastor Darryl attended Southwestern Assembly of God Bible College, Christ For the Nations Institute, and Clarion School of Ministry. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Psychology and a Master's of Theology.
Presently, he teaches at the local Teen Challenge, offers counseling of all kinds, ministers in spiritual deliverance, and operates in the prophetic as the Lord leads. In addition he leads this growing and exciting church.

Tiffany has a great personality and is very witty! She is gifted at getting kids' attention with skits, puppets, and inspirational stories. Sometimes it's hard to believe God is using her just for the kids. *wink!* We love her dearly.
When not working at the church Tiffany works with "Teen Challenge".

Worship Leader Brandon Harvey
Brandon studied classical guitar at Blair School of Music, North Carolina School for the Arts, and jazz guitar at Memphis State University. Some of his songs have been cut by Jonnell Mosser, Mark Aaron James, and Darci Monet. He has opened up for acts like Steve Winwood, Steve Earl,
Nielson Chapman, and John Hiatt. He has also opened for Wayne
Carson, the writer of the song "The Letter". Brandon is the son of
legendary songwriter and actor Alex Harvey.

Pastor has been married to his lovely wife Lori for over 27 years and they have three awesome sons: Chris 23, Parish 19, and Seth 17. He and his family came to New Life Church in June of 2002. Pastor says: “The journey has been a good one with no regrets. And the next stage of our life and ministry is a welcomed challenge that we’re looking forward to.”
She grew up in a spirit filled church and has been a Sunday School teacher, children's minister, youth minister, adult and youth drama teacher, choir member and assistant director, and activity coordinator.
Her hobbies are sign language, traveling, and playing with make-up as she is also a Mary Kay representative..
Darren was raised on the mission field; upon graduation from high school he attended Christ for the Nations, South Eastern University and the Destiny Bible College.
Currently, he is working on his Master's degree. Darren has worked in many areas within various churches; from leading children's ministries to teaching all age groups, working with seniors to ushering--the list goes on.
Darren is an avid study and loves to see others succed in their service and walk with God. Darren is married to Cece and together they have four children.
